What should I do if I have an issue with Chick-fil-A Delivery?
For delivery orders placed online or through the Chick-fil-A® App to be delivered by Chick-fil-A, not a third-party delivery partner, like DoorDash, please contact the restaurant where you placed your order. To find the restaurant location’s phone number, select "Find a Restaurant" in the top-left corner of your screen (in the drop-down menu if viewing on mobile). Search for and select the restaurant location you visited to view the restaurant’s phone number.
If your issue is still not resolved, please contact Chick-fil-A CARES.
