What should I do if I have a problem with a Chick-fil-A Delivery order?

For delivery orders placed online or through the Chick-fil-A® App and delivered by Chick-fil-A, not a third-party delivery partner, like DoorDash, please contact the restaurant where you placed your order.  

To find the restaurant location’s phone number: 

  • Select “Find a Restaurant” in the top-left corner of your screen (in the drop-down menu if viewing on mobile).
  • Search for and select the restaurant location you visited to view the restaurant’s phone number.  

If your issue is still not resolved, please contact Chick-fil-A CARES.
