I recently purchased and sent a Chick-fil-A™ eGift Card but it has not arrived. What should I do?
Occasionally emails or text messages containing Chick-fil-A™ eGift Cards are stopped by spam filters. Please ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folders and check that the recipient’s email address or phone number was correctly entered at the time of purchase. Orders typically process in under 20 minutes but may take up to 6 hours based on credit card and security audits. If your order does not complete within 6 hours, please contact our Gift Card Customer Support at [email protected] or (800) 669-0033.

• Enter your email address and confirmation number
• Select Track
• Once the eGift Card appears, select Send.
• Enter the appropriate email address and select Submit.
The eGift Card has now been resent.
