Chick-fil-A Gift Cards and Chick-fil-A eGift Cards (including gift cards transferred to a Chick-fil-A® One Card) can be used for purchases of food, beverages, and merchandise at participating Chick-fil-A® restaurants.
Gift cards, eGift Cards and Chick-fil-A® One Card balances on the Chick-fil-A App may not be accepted at all
Chick-fil-A Express or Chick-fil-A licensed locations (such as airports, college campuses, office complexes, and hospitals, etc.) A list of participating Chick-fil-A Express and licensed locations can be found here.
Gift cards are for use at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Please see below for the different types of Chick-fil-A gift cards we accept and where you can use them.

App limitations:
- The Chick-fil-A App is not currently supported in Puerto Rico, so gift cards or eGift Cards transferred to a
Chick-fil-A One Card on the U.S. App cannot be redeemed in Puerto Rico. - Gift cards are not supported in the Chick-fil-A Canada App at this time.
