Can I get points for my purchase if I don’t have my receipt?

If you no longer have your receipt or are unable to read it, we will not be able to provide credit for a missed transaction. Next time you join us in the restaurant, make sure to scan your Chick-fil-A App or order online with your Chick-fil-A One account to ensure you get credit.
