How does Chick-fil-A practice sustainability?
Our corporate purpose calls on us to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. Through our corporate social responsibility strategy, we are committed to caring for our planet. Across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, Chick-fil-A Operators, Team Members and Staff are working to decrease our environmental impact by reducing food waste and what is sent to landfills, exploring renewable energy, and engaging employees, suppliers and others in our sustainability journey. As part of our commitment to care for our planet, we’re working to divert 25 million pounds of food waste from landfills by 2025 through programs such as the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, composting and other efforts. Read our latest Global Impact Report on the CSR page how we’re working to be good stewards of the planet and help protect the world we share.
