My name is Edgar Ortega, and I’m honored to serve as the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Mesa Street and Chick-fil-A Desert Boulevard. Born and raised right here in El Paso, I take great pride in being part of this community and look forward to welcoming you into our restaurants—where we hope you always feel right at home. I’ve been part of the Chick-fil-A family for over 26 years, working in every role within the restaurant. That hands-on experience has shaped not only my understanding of operations, but more importantly, how to care for and support our Team Members with empathy and respect. At the heart of our organization is our vision: “To Make People SHINE.” It’s our daily reminder to put people first—by growing and empowering our team, and equipping them with the tools they need to achieve their goals and dreams. When we care well for our team, they in turn deliver remarkable service and operational excellence to our guests. The success we’ve experienced over the years is a reflection of the incredible people around me—our Team Members, our loyal guests, and the broader Chick-fil-A family. As we look to the future, I’m excited to continue serving the El Paso community, investing in the next generation of leaders, and innovating with Chick-fil-A to grow both personally and professionally.
