- $1,500 Scholarships (Applications open fall 2026 and spring 2027)
- To be considered, Team Members must have at least a 2.5 minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA), demonstrated care and community service, and a letter of recommendation from their local Owner-Operator.
- Eligible Team Members can apply for the $1,500 scholarship in both fall and spring application windows, with the ability to receive up to $3,000 in scholarships annually.

- Of these students, 22 percent were the first in their families to attend college and 39 percent were multi-year recipients.
- The top five majors for 2026 scholarship recipients were nursing, business, psychology, biology and mechanical engineering. While some Team Members stay at a Chick-fil-A restaurant for a career, others use skills learned, like teamwork, hospitality and leadership, to help with future careers outside of the restaurant.

To be eligible, Team Members must be employed at independently owned Chick-fil-A restaurants, corporate-operated Chick-fil-A locations or affiliated brands (Truett’s Grill®, the Dwarf House®, Truett’s Luau®, Truett’s Chick-fil-A).
