Restaurant adds more than 100 jobs to local economy
PALM SPRINGS, Fla. (March 19, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Palm Springs community at its newest location on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6 a.m., creating approximately 100 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Fred Capewell to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A 10th Ave N & I-95.
Located at 2625 10th Ave. N, Chick-fil-A 10th Ave N & I-95 will serve Guests Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to midnight, offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, mobile pick-up and Mobile Thru. Because Chick-fil-A restaurants are designed to serve the unique needs of their communities, the restaurant will also feature a playground to serve Guests with children.
To celebrate the opening, Capewell and team are inviting the community to show their spots a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.

- Creating approximately 100 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A local Owners-Operators hire and grow top talent through hands-on training and mentoring, competitive pay and benefits, the chance to apply for scholarships to support continued education, and the flexibility to thrive in and outside of work – all within a purpose-driven, flexible environment.
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Feeding South Florida, a Feeding America partner food bank.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits and has helped to create over 42 million meals to date with over 2,500 restaurants participating.

Capewell will work in his restaurant side by side with Team Members each day.

A Florida native, Capewell brings years of experience in the hospitality industry to this restaurant. In 2018, Capewell was selected as the Hospitality Director at Chick-fil-A Northlake Boulevard, where he developed a deeper understanding of leadership, guest service and investing in the community. Those experiences now shape his approach to local ownership, with a focus on developing Team Members, creating opportunities for growth and making a meaningful impact in the community he serves.
