Restaurant hosts Moove-In party to celebrate opening with community
ORLANDO, Fla. (April 16, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Orlando community at its newest location on Thursday, March April 23, 2026, at 6:30 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Kyle Weston as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Avalon Park.
To celebrate, Weston and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow spots can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 14266 E Colonial Dr., Chick-fil-A Avalon Park will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, mobile pick-up and Mobile Thru.

Weston began his Chick-fil-A career at eighteen while working at the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, where conversations with colleagues sparked his interest in pursuing the path to become a local Owner-Operator. Ready for a hands-on restaurant experience, Weston became a Team Member at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Georgia. There, he experienced how working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant could provide structure, mentorship and opportunity for young talent, while also serving as a welcoming, gathering place for the surrounding community.
Weston advanced through restaurant leadership roles before becoming a local Owner-Operator in 2019. Since 2019, he has served as a local Owner-Operator in Florida and California. Now, Weston is excited to return to the East Orlando community, just 10 miles from where he first began his journey as an Operator. Opening Chick-fil-A Avalon Park will bring his experience full circle with a focus on creating career opportunities, developing future leaders and serving the East Orlando community with care.
Caring for the Orlando Community
Weston is committed to giving back to the Orlando community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Creating approximately 120 jobs.
