CARMICHAEL, Calif. (June 30, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Carmichael community at its newest location on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 6:30 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Eric Mason as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Carmichael Village, marking his second restaurant in the community.
Located at 7411 Fair Oaks Blvd., Chick-fil-A Carmichael Village will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, catering and Mobile Thru. The restaurant will also feature a playground to serve Guests with children.
Locally Owned and Operated
“I have called this area home for over a decade, and I am incredibly grateful for the community I’ve built here,” said Mason. “Opening a second location allows us to expand our team and to continue serving the community that means so much to us.”
Mason has served as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Madison Avenue Sacramento since 2015, bringing nearly a decade of leadership and restaurant experience to his new location at Chick-fil-A Carmichael Village. During that time, he has become deeply connected to the area, building strong relationships with Guests, Team Members and neighbors.
Mason prioritizes investing in his Team Members through mentorship and leadership development opportunities, helping many on his team grow into leadership roles within the restaurant. As he expands to Carmichael Village, Mason looks forward to building a team rooted in genuine hospitality while creating meaningful experiences for Guests and continuing to serve the greater Sacramento community.

Mason is committed to giving back to the Carmichael community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
- Creating approximately 60 jobs.
