Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community
AUSTIN, Texas (May 26, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Austin community at its newest location on May 28, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. in the drive-thru, with the dining room opening at 6:30 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Talton Cooper III as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Easton Park.
To celebrate the opening, Cooper and team are calling on the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 7019 E William Cannon Drive, Chick-fil-A Easton Park will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 PM., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery, catering and Mobile Thru. The dining room will open at 6:30 a.m.

For Cooper, what started as a summer job at 16 turned into a dream of being a business owner. He was drawn to become a Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operator because it offered the opportunity to make a genuine lasting impact on people, just as he was impacted. Cooper gained firsthand experience in restaurant operations through working in various Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country; these experiences helped shape his approach to leadership and service. Cooper also grew to appreciate the unique dynamics of the restaurant and witnessed how Operators’ generosity with their time and resources can positively impact both Team Members and the surrounding community. Today, he brings those same values to Chick-fil-A Easton Park, where he hopes to create opportunities designed to have a ripple effect of goodness for years to come.
Caring for the Easton Park Community
Cooper is committed to giving back to the Easton Park community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Central Texas Food Bank, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
- Creating approximately 110 jobs.
