Restaurant adds approximately 90 jobs to local economy

LANSING, Mich. (Sept. 10, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Lansing community at its newest location on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, creating approximately 90 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Nick Biggee to be the local Owner-Operator Chick-fil-A Eastwood Towne Center, marking his second restaurant in the area.

Located at 2615 Lake Lansing Road, Chick-fil-A Eastwood Towne Center will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, mobile pick-up,
third-party delivery and Mobile Thru. Because Chick-fil-A restaurants are designed to serve the unique needs of each community, Chick-fil-A Eastwood Towne Center will also feature a play space for Guests with children.

To celebrate the opening, Biggee and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.

Investing in the Lansing Community
Biggee is committed to caring for the Lansing community by:

  • Creating approximately 90 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A local Owners-Operators hire and grow top talent through hands-on training and mentoring, competitive pay and benefits, the chance to apply for scholarships to support continued education, and the flexibility to thrive in and outside of work – all within a purpose-driven, flexible environment.
  • Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Greater Lansing Food Bank, a Feeding America partner food bank.
  • Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits and has helped to create over 50 million meals to date with over 2,700 restaurants
    participating.

Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A’s franchise model drives meaningful economic growth at the local level. Each restaurant is owned and operated by a single individual – a small business owner who lives in the community, creates jobs, mentors talent and reinvests directly into the local economy. Biggee will work in his restaurants side by side with Team Members each day.

Biggee began his Chick-fil-A journey in 2011 as a Team Member at his hometown restaurant, while also coaching football. His passion for coaching and mentorship ultimately inspired him to pursue the path to becoming a local Owner-Operator, where he could continue developing people
and helping the next generation reach their potential. After nearly a decade as the local
Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Okemos, Biggee is expanding his impact with a second restaurant, creating new opportunities to develop Team Members and serve more Guests in the Lansing area.

“What I’m most excited about is becoming a part of the Eastwood community and building relationships that will last well beyond opening day,” said Nick Biggee. “I want this restaurant to be a place where Team Members can grow, Guests can feel genuinely cared for and our team is always looking for ways to make a positive impact.”
