Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community
FAIRHOPE, Al. (March 24, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Fairhope community at its first location on March 27, 2026, at 6 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Daniel Nance as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Fairhope, marking his second restaurant on the Eastern Shore.
To celebrate, Nance and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow spots can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 901 Fairhope Ave., Chick-fil-A Fairhope will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the dining room and 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the drive-thru.
Chick-fil-A Fairhope will also offer carry-out, third-party delivery, mobile pick-up and Mobile Thru.

“Fairhope has been my home for over 20 years, and this community has supported me as I’ve grown into the leader I am today,” said Nance. “I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to continue serving our Guests and expanding our impact with another restaurant right here in my hometown. It’s truly an honor to open the first Chick-fil-A in Fairhope.”
Nance has served as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Daphne since 2005, bringing more than two decades of hands-on leadership to this new restaurant. Over the years, he has become deeply rooted in the Eastern Shore community and has remained actively involved in local initiatives, serving in leadership roles with area school boards and community foundations.
Nance prioritizes investing in his Team Members through leadership development opportunities, including mentoring several leaders who have gone on to become Chick-fil-A Owner-Operators. He will continue to operate Chick-fil-A Daphne and is excited to expand his impact into Fairhope, where he looks forward to serving new Guests and investing in the community.

Nance is committed to giving back to the Fairhope community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Feeding the Gulf Coast, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
- Creating approximately 100 jobs.
