Restaurant adds more than 110 jobs to local economy
FINDLAY, Ohio (March. 2, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Findlay community at its newest location on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:30 a.m. creating approximately 110 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Paul Hadde to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Flag City, marking his second restaurant in the community.
Located at 1165 W Trenton Ave., Chick-fil-A Flag City will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the restaurant and from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the drive-thru, offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, mobile pick-up and Mobile Thru.

Hadde is committed to caring for the Findlay community by:
- Creating approximately 110 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A local Owners-Operators hire and grow top talent through hands-on training and mentoring, competitive pay and benefits, the chance to apply for scholarships to support continued education, and the flexibility to thrive in and outside of work – all within a purpose-driven, flexible environment.
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of West Ohio Food Bank, a Feeding America partner food bank.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, partnering locally with City Mission to redirect surplus food to neighbors in need. Nationwide, the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program has helped to create over 42 million meals to date with over 2,500 restaurants participating.
Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A’s franchise model drives meaningful economic growth at the local level. Each restaurant is owned and operated by a single individual — a small business owner who lives in the community, creates jobs, mentors talent and reinvests directly into the local economy. Hadde will work in his restaurant side by side with Team Members each day.
“One of the greatest privileges of being a local Owner-Operator is watching someone step into their first job or grow into a leadership role and realize they’re capable of more than they imagined,” said Hadde. “When I started as a Team Member more than 15 years ago, I was given the opportunity to grow and was challenged in ways that shaped my career. Opening a second restaurant allows us to multiply those opportunities and continue investing in even more people in our community.”
Hadde began his Chick-fil-A journey in 2009 as a Team Member in Rocky River, Ohio and advanced through several leadership roles before opening Chick-fil-A Findlay in 2018. For nearly a decade, Hadde and his family have called Findlay home, building strong relationships with local schools and nonprofit organizations. He will continue operating Chick-fil-A Findlay alongside the new Flag City location, and looks forward to creating new jobs, expanding leadership development opportunities and continuing to serve the Findlay community with care.
