Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina. - Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits and has helped to create over 42 million meals to date with over 2,500 restaurants participating.
Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A’s franchise model drives meaningful economic growth at the local level. Each restaurant is owned and operated by a single individual — a small business owner who lives in the community, creates jobs, mentors talent and reinvests directly into the local economy. Bangs will work in his
restaurant side by side with Team Members each day.
“Chick-fil-A isn’t only in the chicken business — we’re in the people business,” said Bangs. “Opening Chick-fil-A Flowers is an exciting opportunity to invest in Team Members through meaningful career opportunities while caring for our neighbors through initiatives that strengthen our local community.”
Bangs began his Chick-fil-A career in 2002 as a manager in nearby Wake Forest, where he quickly discovered his passion for leadership and service. In 2008, he became a local Owner-Operator and has spent the last 18 years investing in Team Members and serving the Fayetteville community.
Now, Bangs is honored to open the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Flowers Plantation community, where he is focused on leadership development and establishing a restaurant that will serve as a positive presence in the neighborhood.
