Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community
TOMBALL, Texas (June 23, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Tomball community at its newest location on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Cindy Smith to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Grand Pkwy at Tomball Pkwy, marking her second restaurant in the community.
To celebrate the opening, Smith and team are inviting the community to show their spots a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 25527 Tomball Pkwy, Chick-fil-A Grand Pkwy at Tomball Pkwy will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, and Mobile Thru.

“I’ve always been inspired by the strong sense of connection throughout the Tomball community, and I’m grateful to be a part of it,” said Smith. “One of the most rewarding parts of being a local Owner-Operator is helping people grow and succeed. This new restaurant gives us the opportunity to invest in even more Team Members and deepen our impact in the community.”
Smith’s Chick-fil-A journey began in high school as a Team Member, where she discovered a passion for the restaurant industry and serving others. After college, she spent several years gaining experience in the restaurant industry before returning to Chick-fil-A in hopes of becoming a local Owner-Operator. Following more than a decade of professional growth and leadership development, Smith was selected as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A 249 at Jones Road in 2022, which she will continue to lead alongside Chick-fil-A Grand Pkwy & Tomball Pkwy. To further enhance service and the Guest experience, the 249 at Jones Road location will be temporarily closed beginning June 12, 2026, to rebuild the restaurant. It is scheduled to reopen in December 2026, pending any delays.
Now, as she prepares to open Chick-fil-A Grand Pkwy at Tomball Pkwy, Smith looks forward to creating even more opportunities for her Team Members to grow while deepening Chick-fil-A’s impact and relationships within the community.

Smith is committed to giving back to the Tomball community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Houston Food Bank, a Feeding America partner food bank.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
