BRADENTON, Fla. (Oct. 8, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Bradenton community at its newest location on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, at 6 a.m., creating approximately 50 jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Jonathan Ith to be the local Owner-Operator
of Chick-fil-A Heritage Harbour.
Located at 7283 State Road 64 East, Chick-fil-A Heritage Harbour will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery and Mobile Thru.

“When my family came to America from Cambodia in 1981, we were welcomed by the Bradenton community and given opportunities that changed our lives. Opening this restaurant here is both a privilege and a way to give back to the community that supported my family from the beginning,”
said Ith. “My mission for this restaurant is to be a light in Bradenton, creating a place where our Team Members can grow and our Guests feel cared for.”
Ith’s Chick-fil-A journey began in 1989, when he joined the restaurant company as a Team Member. Inspired and mentored by Chick-fil-A Owner-Operators throughout his career, Ith went on to become a local Owner-Operator himself. Today, he is passionate about making a difference in the community he has called home for more than four decades.
Caring for the Bradenton Community
Ith is committed to giving back to the Bradenton community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Feeding Tampa Bay, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping create more than 1.6 million meals and divert more than 1.8 million pounds of food waste in Central Florida and over 50 million meals nationwide to date.

To celebrate the opening, Ith and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
