Baez is committed to caring for the Hillsboro community by:
- Creating approximately 80 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A local Owners-Operators hire and grow top talent through hands-on training and mentoring, competitive pay and benefits, the chance to apply for scholarships to support continued education, and the flexibility to thrive in and outside of work – all within a purpose-driven, flexible environment.

Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A’s franchise model drives meaningful economic growth at the local level. Each restaurant is owned and operated by a single individual — a small business owner who lives in the community, creates jobs, mentors talent, and reinvests directly into the local economy. Baez will work in her
restaurant side by side with Team Members each day.
“Growing up watching my father build his own business, I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. Chick-fil-A gave me the opportunity to pursue that dream while also allowing me to invest in people and make a real impact,” said Baez. “My goal is for Chick-fil-A Hillsboro to be a welcoming destination for every Guest who walks through our doors, whether they’re families making memories or travelers looking for a friendly, familiar face on the road. I can’t wait to showcase Chick-fil-A‘s signature hospitality to each and every one of them.”
Baez, a Fort Worth native and former Division I collegiate soccer player, began her Chick-fil-A career in North Texas, where she advanced from Team Member to Director of Restaurant Systems. The discipline and teamwork she learned as a soccer player translated naturally into restaurant leadership. That connection deepened during graduate school, where a marketing assignment led her to read Truett Cathy’s book, sparking a passion for the brand’s values and commitment to service. That foundation, along with an early appreciation for entrepreneurship instilled by her father, ultimately led Baez to become the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Hillsboro, located just 30 minutes from where she was raised.
