Chick-fil-A Announces New Seattle Restaurant, Opening June 4

Restaurant Creates Approximately 100 Jobs, Guests Invited to Dress in Cow Print on Opening Day for Free Entrée

SEATTLE, Wash. (June 1, 2026) –A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving Guests in Maple Valley on Thursday, June 4 at 6:30 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Justin Alley to serve as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Maple Valley Hwy & 271st. 

Located at 27264 Maple Valley Black Diamond Rd. SE, Chick-fil-A Maple Valley Hwy & 271st will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery and Mobile Thru. Chick-fil-A Maple Valley Hwy & 271st brings approximately 100 jobs to the community and joins 22 Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the Seattle market.

To celebrate the opening, Guests are welcome to join the fun by dressing in cow print on opening day to receive a free entrée.

“My path to Chick-fil-A began after retiring from the U.S. Coast Guard, when I was looking for a way to continue serving others in a meaningful way,” said Alley. “I’ve always been passionate about mentorship - Chick-fil-A offers the opportunity to pair that with great food and genuine care for people, creating a path to make a positive impact in my home state.”   

More About Alley

  • Born and raised in Enumclaw, Wash., Alley comes from a family of restaurant owners who have served western Washington for decades.   
  • While working as a Team Member at a Chick-fil-A in Daytona Beach, he discovered a passion for the brand and was inspired to make impact in the community, leading him to pursue ownership.  
  • He looks forward to investing in his Team Members and becoming part of the everyday rhythm of the Maple Valley community. 

Opening Day Moove-In Party at Chick-fil-A Maple Valley Hwy & 271st
To celebrate the restaurant moo-ving into town, Alley and his team are inviting the community to show off their cow spots on opening day for a free entrée.  

  • Since 1995, the Cows have been a beloved part of Chick-fil-A, encouraging humans to skip burgers and “Eat More Chikin” – and now it’s Maple Valley’s turn to join the herd.  
  • Guests dressed in cow print – whether it’s a full cow costume or a simple cow-spotted accessory – can enjoy one free entrée or kid’s meal* [in person inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru]. 

Caring for the Maple Valley Community
Alley is committed to giving back to the Maple Valley community by:  

  • Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Food Lifeline, a partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.   
  • Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
