Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community
PENSACOLA, Fla. (April 9, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Pensacola community at its newest location on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Scott Fraser as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Mobile Hwy, marking his second restaurant in the community.
To celebrate, Fraser and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow spots can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 4735 Mobile Highway, Chick-fil-A Mobile Hwy will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery and mobile
pick-up.

“From the beginning, my goal as an Operator has been to build a culture where Team Members and Guests feel cared for and valued,” said Fraser. “Our team has worked hard to create an environment centered on having a positive impact on the Pensacola community, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to bring that same culture to a second restaurant and make an even bigger difference.”
Fraser began his Chick-fil-A career at 15 years old as a Team Member at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Georgia. He worked at the Chick-fil-A Support Center as a college intern, and after experiencing the company’s commitment to care and generosity, he knew he wanted to pursue restaurant ownership and have a positive impact on his local community. In 2011, he was selected to become a local Owner-Operator and spent three years serving at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Alabama.
In 2014, he relocated to Pensacola to lead Chick-fil-A Navy Blvd, which he will continue to operate in addition to this new restaurant. He is passionate about cultivating a strong, people-first culture and empowering his team to serve the community with excellence. Chick-fil-A Mobile Hwy represents an exciting opportunity to expand both his team and his reach, creating a space that will positively impact more Guests and Team Members.
Caring for the Pensacola Community
Fraser is committed to giving back to the Pensacola community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Feeding the Gulf Coast, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
- Creating approximately 130 jobs.
