Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community
NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio (March 5, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the New Philadelphia community at its newest location on March 12, 2026, at 6 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Brady Rust as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A New Philadelphia.
To celebrate, Rust and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow spots can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 140 Bluebell Drive SW, Chick-fil-A New Philadelphia will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the drive-thru open until 10 p.m. The restaurant will offer dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, catering and Mobile Thru. Because Chick-fil-A restaurants are designed to serve the unique needs of each community, Chick-fil-A New Philadelphia will also feature a play space to serve Guests with children.

Rust began his Chick-fil-A career in 2018 as a Team Member, where he quickly discovered a passion for leadership and service. Inspired by the mentorship of a local Owner-Operator in his hometown, he pursued opportunities to grow within the Company, developing teams and gaining hands-on experience in restaurant operations. As he prepares to open Chick-fil-A New Philadelphia, Rust is focused on creating meaningful career pathways and establishing a restaurant that will serve as a positive presence in the community.
Caring for the New Philadelphia Community
Rust is committed to giving back to the New Philadelphia community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
- Creating approximately 120 jobs.
