Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community
Oregon, Ohio (Sept. 3, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Oregon community at its newest location on Thursday, Sept 10, 2026, at 6:30 a.m.,
creating over 100 jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Albi Kadiu to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Oregon.
Located at 2850 Navarre Ave., Chick-fil-A Oregon will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, mobile pick-up, third-party delivery and Mobile Thru. Because Chick-fil-A restaurants are designed to serve the unique needs of each community, Chick-fil-A Oregon will also feature a play space for Guests with children.

“Opening Chick-fil-A Oregon is especially meaningful because it represents the kind of opportunity I dreamed of when I came to the U.S. 15 years ago — and now have the chance to create for others,” said Kadiu. “I’ve seen firsthand how a restaurant can open doors far beyond the meals it serves — giving someone their first job, helping them build confidence and valuable skills, and creating a path to leadership. My vision is for Chick-fil-A Oregon to be that kind of place — one that invests in Team Members, cares for Guests and serves the Oregon community for years to come.”
Originally from Albania, Kadiu began his Chick-fil-A journey in 2019 as Marketing Director, where he gained hands-on restaurant experience and discovered a passion for developing Team Members and serving Guests. He later broadened his restaurant industry experience through a role in franchise development before pursuing his goal of becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner-Operator. Now, as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Oregon, Kadiu looks forward to developing his team and creating a restaurant that serves the Oregon community with care.
Caring for the Oregon Community
Kadiu is committed to giving back to the Oregon community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.

To celebrate the opening, Kadiu and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
