Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community
WEST WINDSOR, N.J. (Sept. 10, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the West Windsor and Princeton communities on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 6 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Jonathan Marple as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Princeton (West Windsor), marking his second restaurant in the area.
To celebrate, Marple and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow spots can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 3497 Brunswick Pike, Chick-fil-A Princeton (West Windsor) will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, mobile pick-up, delivery and Mobile Thru, a dedicated drive-thru lane for mobile orders.

“For nearly seven years, my wife and I have built relationships with families, schools and organizations throughout this area, and this new restaurant gives us an opportunity to serve even more of the community we call home,” said Marple. “For me, growing my business is about creating a place where people feel cared for, developing Team Members into future leaders and investing in a community that has invested so much in us.”
A first-generation college graduate, Marple began his Chick-fil-A journey as a Team Member in 2010 after earning a degree in Finance. Drawn to the opportunity to pursue entrepreneurship while making a positive impact on others, he learned the restaurant business from the ground up before being selected for the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program. In 2015, Marple became a local Owner-Operator and today operates Chick-fil-A Lawrenceville, where he and his team have served the community for nearly seven years.
Now, he looks forward to expanding his impact in the West Windsor and Princeton communities, creating opportunities for approximately 100 new Team Members and serving even more Guests in the area as he leads both restaurant locations.

- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Mercer Street Friends, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 50 million meals nationwide to date.
- Creating approximately 100 jobs.
