Restaurant Celebrates with Cows Eat Free Offer on Opening Day and $25,000 Donation to Address Food Insecurity
AURORA, Colo. (Sept. 10, 2025) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Aurora community at its newest location on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, at 6 a.m., creating approximately 90 jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Adam Bridge as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Quincy Ave. & Picadilly Rd., marking his second restaurant in the community.
To celebrate the restaurant opening, Bridge and team are calling on the community to show their spots on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 21607 E Quincy Ave., Chick-fil-A Quincy Ave. & Picadilly Rd. will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, catering and Mobile Thru.

“My journey with Chick-fil-A started when I was a teenager in Georgia, serving alongside an Operator who was passionate about making an impact in the community,” said Bridge. “That value became an intricate part of who I am, and I’ve carried it with me through opening my first restaurant and now opening my second in Aurora. Beyond bringing Guests the same signature hospitality and delicious food that we’re known for, I’m excited to continue planting roots in the community that I now call home.”
Bridge has been a proud resident of Colorado for seven years, alongside his wife Katherine. He became the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Chambers & Parker Road in 2021, which he will continue to operate alongside Chick-fil-A Quincy Ave. & Picadilly Rd. With the opening of the new restaurant, Bridge is looking forward to extending his support to the causes close to his heart, such as local schools. This year alone, Bridge and his team have supported 15 schools through fundraisers, spirit nights and more.

Bridge is committed to giving back to the Aurora community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Aurora area to aid in the fight against hunger.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 35 million meals nationwide to date.
