Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community

RAYTOWN, Mo. (Oct. 29, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Raytown community on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026 at 6:30 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Andrew Hartley as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Raytown.

To celebrate, Hartley and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow spots can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.

Located at 9330 E. State Route 350, Chick-fil-A Raytown will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, mobile pick-up and Mobile Thru. Because Chick-fil-A restaurants are designed to serve the unique needs of each community, Chick-fil-A Raytown will also feature a play space for Guests with children.

Locally Owned and Operated
“Bringing the first Chick-fil-A restaurant to this community is an incredible honor,” said Hartley. “My family and I have called the area home for nearly eight years, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to build a team of leaders, form meaningful relationships and create a restaurant that serves and invests in the Raytown community for years to come.”

Hartley was first introduced to Chick-fil-A while attending college in Illinois, where a local
Owner-Operator encouraged him to join a new restaurant team. He began working as a Team Member in 2010 and, over the years, was mentored by several local Owner-Operators who invested in his growth and helped shape his approach to leadership and service. Inspired by their example, Hartley pursued the path to becoming a local Owner-Operator himself. Now, Hartley looks forward to bringing that same investment in people to Chick-fil-A Raytown by developing future leaders, building strong relationships and serving the community with care and excellence.

Caring for the Raytown Community
Hartley is committed to giving back to the Raytown community by:

  • Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Harvesters – The Community Food Network, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
  • Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 50 million meals nationwide to date.
  • Creating approximately 120 jobs.
