New location to bring more than 100 jobs to the local economy
ROXBORO, N.C. (April 9, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Roxboro community on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6:30 a.m., creating approximately 100 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Milan Richard to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Roxboro.
Located at 1600 Durham Road, the first Chick-fil-A in Roxboro will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out and mobile pick-up.
To celebrate the opening, Richard and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A’s franchise model drives meaningful economic growth at the local level. Each restaurant is owned and operated by a single individual — a small business owner who lives in the community, creates jobs, mentors talent and reinvests directly into the local economy. Richard will work in his restaurant side by side with Team Members each day.

Richard began his journey with Chick-fil-A as a Team Member in Anderson, S.C., where he developed a passion for the brand’s mission to impact others and inspire communities. As the local Owner-Operator of the first Chick-fil-A in Roxboro, he is guided by his vision to be a positive influence in his Team Members’ lives and within the community he serves.
