Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community
KILLEEN, Texas (Oct. 22, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Killeen community on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026, at 6 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Brad Beeman as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A South Killeen.
To celebrate, Beeman and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow spots can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 550 W. Stan Schlueter Loop, Chick-fil-A South Killeen will offer dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery and Mobile Thru. The restaurant will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the dining room, with the drive-thru remaining open until 10 p.m.

“Serving this community for nearly two decades has reinforced what first drew me to Chick-fil-A – the opportunity to care for people, treat others with respect and build meaningful relationships,” said Beeman. “I’m excited for this new restaurant to offer even more ways to serve the South Killeen community, with a large dining room, additional parking and a dedicated Mobile Thru lane. These features will help us serve our Guests more efficiently while delivering the genuine hospitality and care they’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.”
A Central Texas native, Beeman began his Chick-fil-A career as a Team Member in 1999 in Waco. It was there that he met his wife, Jessica, marking the beginning of both his career with Chick-fil-A and their life together. The couple later moved to Killeen, where Beeman continued growing his career with the company.
Beeman spent eight years as a restaurant manager at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Temple, gaining experience in restaurant operations, leadership and team development. In 2008, he was selected as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Harker Heights, where he has served the community for nearly two decades. Now, Beeman will transition to Chick-fil-A South Killeen, where he looks forward to building on those years of experience by developing Team Members and fostering a culture centered on excellence and care.
Caring for the Killeen Community
Beeman is committed to continuing giving back to the Killeen community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to support local hunger relief efforts of Central Texas Food Bank, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 50 million meals nationwide to date.
- Creating approximately 100 jobs.
