Restaurant Brings Approximately 100 Jobs, Guests Invited to Dress in Cow Print on Opening Day for Free Entrée
STREETSBORO, Ohio (Aug. 25, 2026) – The first Chick-fil-A® restaurant in Streetsboro will begin serving Guests on Thursday, Sept. 3 at 6:30 a.m., with Chick-fil-A, Inc. selecting Chyress Obregon to serve as its local Owner-Operator.
Located at 9950 State Route 14, Chick-fil-A Streetsboro will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery and catering. The restaurant marks Chick-fil-A‘s entry into Streetsboro, bringing the brand’s signature hospitality and approximately 80 jobs to the community.
To celebrate, Guests are invited to join the fun by dressing in cow print on opening day to receive a free entrée.

More About Chyress
- A Cleveland native, Chyress was inspired by her parents, who instilled in her the importance of serving others with compassion and integrity. After initially pursuing a career in medicine, she discovered an opportunity to combine her commitment to serving others with her interest in leadership through Chick-fil-A.
- Chyress began her Chick-fil-A journey as a Team Member in college, where she developed a passion for the brand’s people-first culture. Drawing on lessons from her experience playing college basketball, she now leads with a focus on people, potential and purpose, helping Team Members grow, develop their strengths and make a positive impact.
- Chyress participated in the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program, a 24- to 36-month program that gives emerging business leaders hands-on experience at Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country. Participants work alongside restaurant teams, gaining experience in restaurant operations, team leadership and business management.
Opening Day Moove-In Party at Chick-fil-A Streetsboro
To celebrate the restaurant moo-ving into town, Chyress and her team are inviting the community to show off their cow spots on opening day for a free entrée.
- Since 1995, the Cows have been a beloved part of Chick-fil-A, encouraging humans to skip burgers and “Eat More Chikin” – and now it’s Streetsboro’s turn to join the herd.
- Guests dressed in cow print – whether it’s a full cow costume or a simple cow-spotted accessory – can enjoy one free entrée or kid’s meal* in person inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Caring for the Streetsboro Community
In celebration of Chick-fil-A’s Hunger Action Month, Chick-fil-A Streetsboro is committed to supporting efforts to address food insecurity and help provide meals for neighbors throughout the Streetsboro community. This includes:
- Immediately providing a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant, with funds distributed to partners in the greater Cleveland area to aid in the fight to end hunger.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits. The program has helped to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
