Restaurant celebrates with Cows Eat Free offer on opening day
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (Feb. 19, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Huntsville community at its newest location on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, at 6 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Beth Monroe as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Trailhead.
To celebrate the opening, Monroe and team are calling on the community to show their spots on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 1530 US 72 E Hwy NE, Chick-fil-A Trailhead will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, Mobile Thru and mobile pick-up. Because Chick-fil-A restaurants are designed to serve the unique needs of each community, Chick-fil-A Trailhead will also feature a play area to fit the restaurant’s interior, providing parents visibility so they can relax while children play.

A proud Huntsville native, Monroe became the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Parkway Place in 2019, where she valued the opportunity to lead with care, build relationships with her team and create moments of connection for Guests. With the opening of Chick-fil-A Trailhead, Monroe looks forward to creating a warm space where hospitality feels personal and everyone feels welcome from day one.

Monroe is committed to giving back to the Huntsville community by:
- Launching the Trailblazer Initiative—Chick-fil-A Trailhead will partner with Community of Hope, Land Trust of North Alabama and Lincoln Village Ministry, local organizations committed to the nature, nurturing and nourishing of the community.
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Huntsville area to aid in the fight against hunger.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
- Creating approximately 115 jobs.
