Restaurant adds more than 120 jobs to local economy
WORCESTER, Mass. (Feb. 19, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Worcester community on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026 at 6:30 a.m., creating approximately 120 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Shannon Giebel to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Webster Square.
Located at 99 Stafford St., Chick-fil-A Webster Square will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third party delivery, catering
and mobile pickup.
Investing in the Worcester Community
Giebel is committed to caring for the Worcester community by:
- Creating approximately 120 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A local Owners-Operators hire and grow top talent through hands-on training and mentoring, competitive pay and benefits, the chance to apply for scholarships to support continued education, and the flexibility to thrive in and outside of work – all within a purpose-driven, flexible environment.
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts in the greater Worcester area.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits and has helped to create over 42 million meals to date with over 2,500 restaurants participating.
