Restaurant hosts Moove-In Party to celebrate opening with community

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (Nov. 2, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Westchester County community on Thursday, November 5 at 6:30 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Ben Tuliebitz, a former public relations professional with the New York Yankees, as the local
Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A White Plains.

To celebrate, Tuliebitz and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow spots can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.

Located at 20 Tarrytown Road, Chick-fil-A White Plains will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out and mobile pick-up.

Locally Owned and Operated
“After 25 years with the New York Yankees, I know the importance of building a strong team and creating a culture where people can thrive,” said Tuliebitz. “I’m excited to bring that same team-first mindset to Chick-fil-A White Plains and build something special alongside our Team Members. My hope is to create a restaurant that is known not only for how we serve our Guests, but for the positive impact we make throughout the community.”

Born and raised in the greater New York City area, Tuliebitz has long had an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to own his own restaurant. After spending 25 years working in sports, he was drawn to Chick-fil-A by the opportunity to lead his own business, invest in the growth of his Team Members and build meaningful relationships with those he serves.

Caring for the Westchester County Community
Tuliebitz is committed to giving back to the Westchester County community by:

  • Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America in support of the local hunger relief efforts of Feeding Westchester, a Feeding America partner food bank.
  • Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 50 million meals nationwide to date.
  • Creating approximately 100 jobs.
