Celebrating history and hospitality throughout the years
The Hapeville Dwarf House, a reimagined version of the original restaurant S. Truett Cathy opened in 1946, stands as a tribute to Chick-fil-A’s rich history and pioneering spirit. Guests gather to enjoy a meal, share memories, and experience the same heartfelt hospitality Truett championed.
The restaurant underwent a major remodel in 2022, doubling its size while preserving cherished elements like the iconic little red door, the dwarf mural, and the original 14 counter stools. Truett’s legacy of hospitality, innovation, and generosity remains woven into every detail of the Hapeville Dwarf House.
“The Dwarf House is a testament to Truett’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating a better experience not just for guests, but also for the team,” said Michael Burgess, Local Owner-Operator of the Hapeville restaurant.
As we mark what would have been Truett Cathy’s 104th birthday on March 14, his legacy continues to inspire through the Hapeville Dwarf House.
