Pimento Cheese Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 6-muffin tin.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together Bisquick Baking Mix with milk and pimento cheese. Mixture will be lumpy; this makes for extra fluffy biscuits!
  3. Portion batter evenly across the six muffin cavities.
  4. Immediately use a spoon to loosen the biscuits from the tin, place on a cooling rack.
  5. Optional: brush warm biscuits with melted butter.

Serve warm. Leftover biscuits can be sealed in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
