Is the Talent Development Program for me?

The program provides great operational experience, but it’s not for everyone. Take a moment to ask yourself the following questions before applying:

  • For candidates coming from a Chick-fil-A® Restaurant, do you have your Owner-Operator’s support?
  • Can you commit to 50% travel on the road with international travel including Canada, Puerto Rico, the UK, and Singapore for 36 months?
  • Can you commit to a home-base of Atlanta, Georgia?
  • Do you have your Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of leadership experience?

If you answered “yes” to these questions, then continue exploring this site or Apply Now. If you answered “yes” to these questions, and you currently work for a Chick-fil-A restaurant, please use the internal application.
