Experience

As a TDP participant, you will actively engage in a corporate setting, tackling real-world leadership and business challenges across the organization. The Chick-fil-A Talent Development Program provides participants hands-on experiences working at the Chick-fil-A, Inc. Support Center while serving as an operational and training expert to Operators, Leadership Development Program (LDP) participants, Licensee Leaders, Chick-fil-A, Inc. Staff, and Restaurant Leaders. This 36-month program provides an unparalleled opportunity to:
