Yes, you can access up to one year of order history by viewing your transaction history online or in the Chick-fil-A® App.
To view your transaction history:
- Online: Sign into your Chick-fil-A One® profile and select “view transaction history”.
- In the Chick-fil-A App: Tap the “For You” icon, then go to Account > Transactions > Transaction History.
Please note:
- If you have not transacted with Chick-fil-A One to date, your transaction history will have a note stating no recent transactions.
- Orders placed through third-party providers (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) will not appear in Transaction History. For more information, please visit here.
