How can I resolve verification issues with ID.me? 

Verification issues with ID.me are typically caused by private ad blockers, private Wi-Fi networks or virtual private networks (VPNs). To resolve these issues, try these steps: 

  • Make sure your device is not using a VPN and switch from Wi-Fi to a cellular connection. 
  • From a computer, try checking for any browser extensions that may block traffic that share device information.  
  • We encourage using your device’s default web browser for the best functionality and compatibility.  
  • Please clear cache and browser history in your default web browser. Please contact your mobile carrier for questions about how to clear cache and history in your browser.

If you are still experiencing verification issues, fill out this form or follow these steps to resolve your issue:

  1. Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares. 
  2. Select “Account, rewards, & payment.” 
  3. Select “Chick-fil-A One account.” 
  4. Select “Other Chick-fil-A One® account issue.” 
  5. If none of the options on that screen apply, select the “Continue to contact” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. Once on the form, fill out the fields in detail, letting us know about your issue, so a representative can help you.
