We’re so glad you’re interested in creating a Chick-fil-A One® account. To create an account, download the Chick-fil-A® App or visit the Chick-fil-A One page. From there, sign in with one of the sign-in options listed or create an account with your email address. Upon account creation, you’ll be sent a code via SMS to verify your account. You must verify your account to begin receiving Chick-fil-A One benefits and to begin receiving points. Users who create an account with Google are already verified. You’ll also receive an email welcoming you to Chick-fil-A One membership. You must verify your email address using the link in the welcome email. If you encounter difficulties while registering for your Chick-fil-A One account, please do the following before attempting again:
- Check your internet connectivity to ensure you have a strong internet connection.
- Ensure your device is not using a VPN, ad blocker, or privacy browser. The Chick-fil-A App will need to have device information to allow access for registering your account.
- From a computer, check for browser extensions that may block device information from being shared.
After completing these steps, you should be able to log in again.
*Chick-fil-A One accounts are limited to one individual per account. Business entities, third-party aggregators, organizations, and groups may not register for the Program or receive Points.
