How do I create a Chick-fil-A One account?

We’re so glad you’re interested in creating a Chick-fil-A One^® account. To create an account, download the Chick-fil-A^® App or visit the Chick-fil-A One page. From there, sign in with one of the sign-in options listed or create an account with your email address. Upon account creation, you'll be sent a code via SMS to verify your account. You must verify your account to begin receiving Chick-fil-A One benefits and to begin receiving points. Users who create an account with Google are already verified. You’ll also receive an email welcoming you to Chick-fil-A One membership. You must verify your email address using the link in the welcome email. If you encounter difficulties while registering for your Chick-fil-A One account, please do the following before attempting again:  

• Check your internet connectivity to ensure you have a strong internet connection.
• If you are on a mobile device with an ad blocker enabled, please disable it.  

After completing these steps, you should be able to log in again.
