If you have funds loaded to your Chick-fil-A One® account, please submit an online form with your information to delete your account. Select “Technical & Account Support” then “Chick-fil-A One Account” and “Delete an account”.
If you don’t have funds loaded to your account, and you are currently logged in to your account, please click here. Click on the Delete link at the bottom of the page.
If you are not logged in to your account, please follow these steps:
On chick-fil-a.com:
- Sign into your Chick-fil-A One® account.
- Select “Account.”
- Select “Profile & preferences.”
- Select “Edit Profile.”
- Scroll to the bottom and follow the prompts, “If you wish to delete your account, please click here.”
On the Chick-fil-A App:
- Please log in to your account via the mobile app.
- In the bottom right, select “For You.”
- Select “Account” in the top right corner.
- Select “Profile & preferences.”
- Select “Edit Profile.”
- Scroll to the bottom of “Edit Profile”
- You will see a message that says “If you wish to delete your account, please click here.”
- Click the link on the page to delete your account.
