In order to determine if you have created multiple accounts, we suggest you consider the following possibilities:
- Have you logged into the Chick-fil-A App with more than one email address?
- Have you used social media login (Facebook or Google), but previously used an email address and password to login? If so, you may have inadvertently created another account if your Facebook or Google accounts were created with a different email address than the email address used to create your Chick-fil-A One account.
In order to validate which account you are logged into:
- Visit the Chick-fil-A One® sign in page and log into your account.
- Locate the email address assigned to your account in the upper left-hand navigation bar.
