To edit your phone number, sign into your Chick-fil-A One account:
On chick-fil-a.com:
In the Chick-fil-A App:
- Tap “For You”
- Select “Account”
- Select “Profile & preferences”
- Select “Edit profile”
After you have signed into your account on chick-fil-a.com or in the Chick-fil-A App, please follow these instructions:
- Click “Change” under your phone number.
- You will be sent a One-Time Passcode (OTP) to your existing phone number.
- Once received, enter the OTP and your new phone number.
- To verify your new phone number, a second OTP will be sent.
- Once the second OTP is sent, your phone number is now updated and verified.
Please note:
- Our verification system will send a text to both the existing phone number and the new phone number. If you do not have access to the existing phone number, please click here.
- Please ensure you enter a valid phone number that is not already tied to an existing Chick-fil-A One account. The phone number must be a U.S. 10-digit mobile phone number (Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX). Landlines are not accepted at this time.
- When updating your phone number, you may receive an email stating that your saved payment methods were automatically removed. This is to be expected as it is an added security measure to protect your account. For instructions on how to re-add the payment methods, click here.
