How do I reset my password?

To reset your password online: 

• Visit the Chick-fil-A^® Account Recovery page.
• Enter the email address associated with your account and then press “Get started”.
• You will be emailed a one-time passcode (OTP) to verify you are the rightful owner
  of the account. Enter the OTP in the “Enter verification code” field and then press
  “Verify & continue”. (Note: If you do not receive the email, please ensure you are
  approved to receive emails from Chick-fil-A and have checked spam or junk folders.)
• Enter and confirm your new password and then press “Save password & sign in”.

To reset your password through the Chick-fil-A^® App if you are logged in:

• Tap on the “For You” icon at the bottom of the screen and select “Account” in the top right corner.
• Select “Sign out” in the bottom left corner.
• Select “Sign in or create a Chick-fil-A One account”.
• Select “Continue” to use login.my.chick-fil-a.com to sign in.
• Tap “Forgot Password?”
• Enter the email address associated with your account and then press “Get started”.
• You will be emailed a one-time passcode (OTP) to verify you are the rightful owner
  of the account. Enter the OTP in the “Enter verification code” field and then press
  “Verify & continue”. (Note: If you do not receive the email, please ensure you are
  approved to receive emails from Chick-fil-A and have checked spam or junk folders.)
• Enter and confirm your new password and then press “Save password & sign in”.
  You will be routed back to the sign in page where you can use your new password.
