Merging Multiple Chick-fll-A One Accounts

Please visit the Customer Service web form.   

Then use the open field to provide the following information: 

• The email address associated with each Chick-fil-A One account 
• The primary email address you want assigned to your Chick-fil-A One account 

The following will be transferred and reflected on the final account: 

• Your current Chick-fil-A One Tier (if different on each account, the highest tier will be reflected)  
• Any funds loaded on your Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Card 
• Rewards and Points from both accounts 
• Your Birthday (if already provided) 

Please know the final account will only show transaction history associated with that account.
