Starting March 23, 2026, our Chick-fil-A One® Membership Program Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect new state requirements.
The updates include the minimum age to participate in the Chick-fil-A One® Membership Program shifting to 18 years of age (from the previous minimum of 13 years of age). To continue participating in the Chick-fil-A One® Membership Program, Members will be required to check a box agreeing and acknowledging the updates to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and to confirm that they are at least 18 years old, when prompted in the app or when they log-in online on March 23, 2026. Chick-fil-A will not collect or verify age.
If you are under 18 years of age or decide not to accept the recent updates to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, you’ll no longer be eligible to use your Chick-fil-A One® membership, including any existing unredeemed points, rewards, or loaded funds starting March 23, 2026. If you wish to delete your Chick-fil-A One account, but still have unused funds, points, and/or rewards, you may contact CARES to receive a digital gift card for any outstanding funds that remain on the account. You may also be eligible to receive a Be Our Guest card for certain rewards.
