New state laws require apps to adjust experiences based on age. Your app store account settings (Apple or Google) provide an age range, and based on that, access to the App may be restricted. Chick-fil-A One’s Terms and Conditions require Members to be at least 18 years old, so if you are under 18, you may be unable to access the App.
Why is my age range being shared with Chick-fil-A?
