You are eligible for a birthday reward once you have completed the following:
- Updated to the latest version of the Chick-fil-A® App
- Entered your birthday on your account. (Note: You must enter your birthday at least 24 hours in advance to receive your reward. If you enter it after this time, you will receive your reward the following year).
To see your available rewards:
On chick-fil-a.com:
- Click here to view your My Rewards page.
On the Chick-fil-A App:
- Navigate to the ‘Rewards’ tab.
- Select ‘My Rewards’ to view available rewards.
