If the load to your Chick-fil-A One® account occurred today, please follow the steps below.
- Log into your Chick-fil-A One account.
- Click on the “For You” icon at the bottom of the screen, select “Account” in the top right corner.
- Select “Transactions”
- Select “Transaction History”
- Select the load in question and select “Reverse this transaction.” Follow the prompts on your screen to complete the request.

You are able to access up to one year of order history by viewing your transaction history online or in the Chick-fil-A® App.
