If I accidentally loaded funds or experienced a technical issue when loading funds to my Chick-fil-A One account, can I undo the load?

If you loaded funds to your Chick-fil-A One® account today, you can undo the load by following these steps:   

  1. Log in to your Chick-fil-A One account.   
  2. Click on the “For You” icon at the bottom of the screen, select “Account” in the top right corner.  
  3. Select “Transactions.”  
  4. Select “Transaction History.”   
  5. Select the load in question and select “Reverse this transaction.” Follow the prompts on your screen to complete the request. 

If you are still experiencing issues or need further assistance, please fill out this form or follow these steps to report your issue to our CARES team so we may assist you. 

  1. Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares. 
  2. Select “Account, rewards, & payment.” 
  3. Select “Mobile Pay.” 
  4. Select “Reverse funds from Chick-fil-A One® card.” 
  5. Choose from the options available on that page. If none of the options apply, select the “Continue to contact” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. Once on the form, fill out the fields in detail, letting us know about your issue, so a representative can help you.
