If I accidentally loaded funds or experienced a technical issue when loading funds to my Chick-fil-A One account, can I undo the load?
If the load to your Chick-fil-A One® account occurred today, please follow the steps below.
- Log into your Chick-fil-A One account.
- Click on the “For You” icon at the bottom of the screen, select “Account” in the top right corner.
- Select “Transactions”
- Select “Transaction History”
- Select the load in question and select "Reverse this transaction." Follow the prompts on your screen to complete the request.
- If you are still experiencing issues or need further assistance, please submit an online form with your information here by selecting “Technical & Account Support”
You are able to access up to one year of order history by viewing your transaction history online or in the Chick-fil-A® App.
