If you would like to update the phone number on your account, but no longer have access to the existing number, please contact CARES and provide the following information in the submission form:
- Your existing phone number
- Your new phone number
- At least three pieces of information from the following options:
- Birthday on the account
- Membership Tier
- Most frequently visited Restaurant
- Membership Number
- Mobile Pay Number
- Date of last order
- Location of last order
- Rewards on the Account: Available, used or gifted
