If you are under 18 years of age or decide not to accept the recently updated Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy you’ll no longer be eligible to use your Chick-fil-A One® membership, including any existing unredeemed points, rewards, or loaded funds starting March 23, 2026.
If you wish to delete your Chick-fil-A One account, but still have unused funds, points, and/or rewards, you may contact CARES to receive a digital gift card for any outstanding funds that remain on the account. You may also be eligible to receive a Be Our Guest card for certain rewards.
