If you merge your Chick-fil-A One® accounts, your new account will reflect the information we are able to combine and transfer over. Some historical details may not appear after the merge.
What transfers over:
- Membership Tier: Your account will reflect the highest tier from the accounts that were merged.
- Points and Rewards: Any available points and unused rewards from your merged accounts will be added to the primary account.
- Digital Funds: If you’ve loaded digital gift card funds, the balances will move to your primary account.
- Birthday Details: If you’ve shared your birthday on either account, it will be included on your primary account.
What may not transfer over:
- Transaction History: Only the transaction history from the final, active account will appear. Transactions from your other accounts may not be displayed after the merge.
